Description[]
"Dot and the Koala" opens with the residents of a small Australian country town desperately wanting to lead more exciting, more modern lives. Mayor Percy Pig convinces the "towns people" – a strange collection of haughty cows, hardworking horses and aggressive dogs – that the answer to their problems in massive dam.
The dam will provide the power to catapult the town into the 21st century.
When the native animals – kangaroos, wombats and possums – realize the dam will destroy vast tracts of the countryside, open warfare erupts between the two groups. However the domestic animals are too numerous and too sophisticated.
Prompted by Bruce the Koala, the bush land creatures turn to their friend Dot to help. Intelligent and resourceful Dot designs a plan to wipe out the dam. What she doesn't realize is that the local detectives, Sherlock Bones and his offsider Watson the Cat, are out to stop her.
The tension builds as both sides fight for what they believe is right.
