THE TRANSFORMERS: THE MOVIE: The ultimate animated motion picture
- STORYLINE
- It is the year 2005 and the heroic Autobots are planning an invasion of their home planet Cybertron to liberate it from the occupying forces of the evil Decepticons. Meanwhile, the Decepticons have invasion plans of their own…to invade Autobots City and to capture the Autobots Matrix of Leadership.
- Unknown to both forces, a destructive new planet has entered the universe. Unicorn, a force so powerful both Autobots and Decepticons are helpless before it.
- In a furious battle the Decepticons leader Megatron is jettisoned into space apparently destroyed. Unicorn plucks him from the jaws of death, restores his power, renamed him Galvatron, and order Galvatron to "destroy the Autobot Matrix" so Unicron May destroy the Autobots. Galvatron, never being a Decepticon of his word, succeeds in capturing the Matrix, but attempts to double-cross the powerful Unicron. He fails and is consumed in the struggle.
- Unicron forges on apparently ready to annihilate the Autobots. The Autobots appear helpless. Will they be destroyed? Find out in this action packed feature film. It's full of surprises, spectacular battles and an original rock 'n' roll score that will have you on the edge of you seat.
